Terms
These terms cover your use of cabledesign.studio and the client portal, operated by Reveex USA Inc dba Cable Design. Your design services themselves — scope, fees, phases, revisions and payments — are governed by your signed project agreement, which prevails if anything here differs.
Your account
The portal is for clients we've agreed to work with, and for people exploring a project with us. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open your sign-in links can open your project.
Tell us if someone else should have access, such as a partner or family member, and we'll set it up.
Approvals
Approving a deliverable or a phase in the portal is your written approval under the project agreement, and lets the next step begin. Changes after approval may count as an additional revision round.
Your content
Files and information you upload stay yours. You give us permission to use them to carry out your project.
Only upload material you have the right to share.
Our work
Drawings, renderings, specifications and other deliverables are Cable's work. Your use of them is set by the project agreement — generally, for your project, once the related fees are paid. Please don't reuse them for other projects or share them publicly without asking.
The service
We work to keep the portal available and your files safe, but it's provided as is, and we may update or change it. Keep copies of documents that matter to you.
To the extent the law allows, Cable isn't liable for indirect losses from using the portal. Nothing here limits the commitments in your project agreement.
General
Florida law governs these terms. If we update them, we'll change the date above and let active clients know.
