Privacy
Cable Design is operated by Reveex USA Inc (“Cable”, “we”). This explains what we collect through cabledesign.studio and the client portal, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Contact details you give us: name, email, phone and project address.
Your project brief: the answers in the intake questionnaire — style, spaces, budget range, timeline, preferences — and any notes you write.
Files you upload, such as plans, surveys and photos, and the files we post for you.
Activity in your project: approvals, updates and when they happened.
Basic, anonymous site statistics (pages visited, performance). We don't use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To design your project, prepare proposals and deliverables, and keep you informed.
To sign you in and send the emails you'd expect: sign-in links, new files, items ready for your review and project updates. You can turn updates off in your project's Account settings.
We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.
Who handles it for us
We use a few service providers to run the portal: Supabase (accounts, database and file storage), Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf and only to provide their service. Data is stored in the United States.
Consultants on your project (for example engineers) receive only what they need, with your knowledge.
How long we keep it
For as long as your project is active and afterwards as long as needed for records, warranty questions and legal obligations — typically up to seven years. You can ask us to delete your account and files sooner, unless we're required to keep them.
Your choices
You can see and edit your answers in the portal at any time.
You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by writing to hi@cabledesign.studio. We'll reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser stores your language and progress. No advertising cookies.
Security
Access is by one-time email links; your project is visible only to you and the Cable studio, and files open through links that expire. No system is perfectly secure — tell us right away if something looks wrong.
Changes and contact
